My dear sister - you inspire me!

After seeing my sisters' beautiful blog, I was inspired to create one of my own. What a fantastic idea to put your thoughts to - well umm - a Blog! I have always loved the art of writing interesting little bits of nothing and seeing the reaction of my reader - in this case, reading the reaction. Well, here is a short "about me" story - don't worry, I'll keep it short and to the point. I am a 36 and some year old mother of three children. I have been married (Please note the ommitance of the word "happily") for close on 17 years and am a thoroughbred South African residing on the East Cape side of this beautiful country. I am a bit of a workaholic but am working on that. I love sunny days on our exquisite beaches and lazy evenings by the pool. I am not a local to this town - I am from the East Coast of Durban, Kwazulu Natal. I have yet to make friends in my new hometown and have been busy pouring my time and energy into making my little home comfortable and homely. Well, I shall try posting some pics next week but must say finding the USB cable for my camera amongst the chaos of unpacked boxes is proving to be very tiresome! Tomorrow's Friday - Yaay- weekend and time to chill out. We are thinking of taking a drive up to a quaint town in the mountains called Hogsback. Will keep you posted! Over and out.
